About Al
Al's passion for real estate has been a lifelong journey. Since graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1992, Al has spent the past 30+ years in the real estate industry. After college Al worked as a licensed real estate appraiser, he then worked as a licensed loan officer and operated his own mortgage business, before following his passion as a full time Real Estate Advisor. Al is an active real estate investor personally owning nine homes in the Charlotte Metro which provides him a unique perspective on real estate as an investor. Al moved to the Ballantyne area of Charlotte in 2004 and currently lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Al prides himself in treating each of his clients the same way he would treat his own family and his friends.
