About Angie
Hello. It is so nice to meet you. Hope to be able to meet you and your family, and be a part of your Real Estate Journey. I am a hometown girl. Born in West TN, and raised in W KY. I live on the farm I grew up in with my wonderful husband, dog, horses, goats, barn cats, and 2 birds. I started my Real Estate carrer in 2004. In 2009, I became a Broker. I've working with great agencies including Coldwell Banker and Century 21. in 2024, I opened my own Brokerage, along with Tim Beck and Brian Roy. Between the 3 of us we have over 80 years of experience to help serve you. We know the back roads, fun things to do, school systems, local organizations, places to worship, and we know property. From soil samples for crops, perk tests, what seed to use, when to alternate what you plant, to preparing your land for a home/building. We know houses. We have all rehabed property in our career. From the best carpenters, handymen, painters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, and crawl space, we can help you with any project you may run into. We aren't here to just buy or sell a property. We are your Real Estate contact for life, If it has to do with home/land ownership, we will always be there to help see your project through.
A lot has changed in Real Estate, and some people have questioned needing a Realtor. For me, I look at it as buying/selling, most likely, is your largest investment. I wouldn't want to take any chances on losing money, or doing something/not doing something, that's against the law or unethical. Do you know what the property you're buying/selling is worth? Do you know what forms you need to sign/get signed, pre-approval process, escrow money (and who holds it), inspections, how to negotiate repairs from insection, when to sell/buy as is, and what that means to you in terms of liability, Seller's disclosures, lead based paint, title search, appraisal, and final closing? Do you know who pays for each service? Do you know the total cost of selling your property, or buying a propety? These are all things a Realtor knows. It comes down to 2 things, 1. We know what needs to be done legally and ethically. 2. We don't leave money on the table. As the expert, we protect you and walk you through each step. The only thing you should worry about is moving.
Being a KY girl, I love riding horses. We are so blessed to have Land Between the Lakes in our back yard. We are also close to Mammoth Cave, Loretta Lynns, Cross Country Trail Rides, Pennyrile Forest, and The Garden of the Gods. I also love boating. We have the 25th largest lake in the US. At 250 miles long and 160,000 acres. KY Lake also connects to 4 rivers, The Cumberland, Tennessee, Ohio, and Mississipi. That means the lake isn't land locked and you can go anywhere from our local lake.West Kentucky is small town, Rural America. Where neighbors check on you, people greet you when you walk in, and people wave when you go by. We do have an excellent college, Murray State University.
We hope you decide to join us, and plant roots in our local town. We hope you call us when it's time to sell. You won't find an agency that cares more for their clients than we do. Thank you.
