Hello, I'm Dave Mayberry, and I've spent the last two decades immersed in the world of real estate. My story begins in the vibrant city of Tucson, Arizona, where I have lived for 50 plus years. After graduating I worked my way through the FEDEX company.
After buying and selling my first home I became intrigued with the real estate industry. So I decided to take the plunge into real-estate. I started as a fresh-faced agent, learning the ropes and absorbing the vast knowledge this field requires. My first few years were filled with hard work, long hours, and a determination to make a name for myself.
The real estate industry is a dynamic and ever-changing field, and I quickly learned that success in this business requires adaptability and continuous learning.
Over the years, I witnessed the Tucson real estate market go through various cycles, from the booming mid-2000s to the challenging period following the 2008 financial crisis. These experiences taught me the importance of resilient and flexible in this industry. It was during these challenging times that I honed my negotiation skills and learned to find opportunities even in adversity.
Through the years I have built strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, earning their trust and respect. My reputation for integrity, market knowledge, and a customer-first approach became my most valuable assets.
My passion for this work remains undiminished. With 20 years of experience under my belt, I'm grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped my career. I look forward to many more years of helping people find their dream homes.
