To say real estate is DeDee’s passion is an understatement. DeDee Oliver has helped hundreds of clients in Iowa and Nebraska buy, sell or invest in real estate since 1998. Weather you are looking for your first home, your dream home or an investment property, she can help you navigate the ever-changing market. She was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and has made Bellevue Nebraska home for 25 years, so she has extensive knowledge of the market in on both sides of the river.
DeDee began her Real Estate career in New Construction with one of Nebraska's largest home builders. During her ten years of new construction experience, she earned her CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) and CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designations.
DeDee is known among her clients for her professionalism, kindness, expert real estate knowledge and ability to solve complex real estate issues. She always goes above and beyond to ensure everyone receives the best experience.
In her spare time, you’ll find DeDee at live music events or spending quality time with her four kids and grandson.
