I have been in the real estate industry for 30+ years, encompassing quite a few years doing property management for 160-unit apt. complex and then shifting into residential sales. In my years I have handled horse farms, waterfront properties, single-family homes, condos and townhomes, senior developments, rentals, & commercial. Every deal is different and I treat it as such. I enjoy listings and marketing in those areas that the buyers are coming from. I also enjoy the satisfaction of finding a buyer client the home that they always wanted. And I know that although some may have bought and sold homes over the years things in our industry are consistently changing and I take the time to explain every scenario. My motto is "PRINCIPAL BEFORE PROFITS" and I love helping people. I am a mother of two great-kids and have been married for over 20 years. I was very active in my children's school, was a committee member for my son's Boy Scout troop before he became an Eagle Scout & busy with my daughter's soccer games and her horseback riding lessons, and shows. I am proud to say that she came in 2nd overall in a showing season! I work "down at the Jersey Shore" and grew up in Monmouth County and have lived in Ocean County for 20 years. So, I am familiar with both Monmouth & Ocean Counties. I Love referrals and give every client my attention... I was the Broker/Manager of an EXIT office for 3 1/2 years and enjoyed helping the agents with their business and learning new strategies. It warms my heart to see them succeed!!
