About Josh

I grew up in a small town in Vermont in a real estate family, my dad and grandfather were both real estate agents and investors. As a kid I would earn extra money by mowing lawns and painting/working on houses for them. I moved to Arizona with my wife Anna in 2014; we live in Gilbert with our two boys Henry and Oliver; we own several rental properties here and love helping people with all things real estate. When we first moved to Arizona I was a PGA Golf Professional, but after we started acquiring rental properties I fell in love with the real estate business and decided to hang up my clubs to go full time into real estate. Buying and selling real estate can be intimidating and scary, but I'm here to answer all of your questions and help you make the best decision for your situation.
