About Keith
Originally from St. Louis, I spent 15 years as a television broadcast engineer in St. Louis at KTVI-TV Channel 2. While in St. Louis working in the television industry, I started a small business in 1991 which manufactured products for the emerging commercial digital photography profession. In 1999 I decided to walk away from Channel 2 and relocate to the Lake to focus on my growing business. Over the years the company grew and developed a worldwide clientele. In 2008 the severe economic downturn and market/industry changes took their toll. After 25 years in business I made the difficult decision to close it down. I've been vacationing at the Lake all my life, after moving here in 1999 I had no interest in moving back to the St. Louis area. Since I wanted to stay at the Lake, I had to find a new way to make a living. I decided that studying to become a Realtor was a good fit for my life experiences and skill set.
I’m dedicated to providing outstanding personalized service for all of my clients to ensure a smooth and pleasant buying or selling experience. It’s very important to me to build a relationship with each client, hopefully, lasting years in the future. I strive to be available to my clients to answer questions and provide information before, during and after their real estate transaction. I believe there are several reasons I have enjoyed a measure of success in the Lake Area's Real Estate market. I endeavor to always be available to my clients, answer questions and provide useful information before, during and after their real estate transaction. There are many details and questions to be addressed throughout the buying/selling process especially for lakefront properties here at the Lake of the Ozarks. I'm dedicated to providing the best service and knowledge, to my clients, to ensure a smooth and pleasant buying or selling experience. There are times when being available means cutting into my lake/ family time, working odd hours seven days a week or taking late calls, but that's what I believe it takes to be successful in any endeavour.
