About Liliana

Born to a Colombian mother and an Egyptian father, Liliana Bayzid McGaughey was raised by immigrant entrepreneurs who she credits for molding her grit and vision. Watching her parents leave their mark on the real estate industry—her father as a home builder and her mother as a REALTOR®—helped pave the way for Liliana’s success. Now as a REALTOR® herself, Liliana’s upbringing in a trilingual, bicultural household has enabled her to better serve a wide array of clients and create a real estate industry that is more inclusive of all. “I watched my parents thrive and do what they love and that inspired me,” Liliana shared. “I’m a people person and love working with homes as well as connecting with people. I think it’s a fascinating concept getting to help someone find their dream home. There’s lots of emotion involved and I just feel like it’s a compassion industry.” Liliana originally obtained her real estate license in 2008 but primarily focused her attention on her growing family as a stay-at-home mom. In 2019, however, she felt called back into the industry and immediately hit the ground running. Closing over $18 million in volume her first full year as an individual agent, Liliana’s fast-growing business gave way to Allure Luxe Realty, a full-service luxury real estate team that is known for employing an honest and open approach to helping clients buy or sell properties across the Atlanta metro area. As her team’s leader, Liliana takes great pride in modeling quality professionalism throughout the real estate process. “There was a time where I was a stay-at-home mom and not a breadwinner,” Liliana explained. “Part of me wanted to achieve success and I thought making money was where the void was. It really rained on me my first year and it felt like God letting me know that I was on the right path. I got deals left and right without having to cold call and it made me feel empowered and made me proud.” As one of the country’s top REALTORS®, Liliana was hand-picked in 2021 for a career-defining competition on the new reality show, Beyond the Close. Guided by a team of all-star business judges led by Shark Tank’s Kevin Harrington, contestants competed throughout the length of the show to prove their prowess. The show’s aim is to help agents build their brand by getting direction from judges and guests, and ultimately compete for listings. However, it was the opportunity to learn from some of the biggest names in entrepreneurship that Liliana found most valuable as part of this unique opportunity. “Being mentored was eye opening,” Liliana recalled. “It showed me how much I had to learn and continue to learn to be successful. The market changes so much, you have to stay ahead of the game. I recommended establishing good relationships with mentors who can show you how to be good at what you do.” With the support of fellow REALTOR® and friend Gina DiResta, Liliana has been able acquire a wealth of knowledge and expertise that she credits for making a significant difference in her success. Together, the duo runs “Georgia Real Estate Agents Helping George Real Estate Agents,” an online community with almost 9,000 members that serves as a valuable source of information for local professionals. Through the Facebook group, Liliana has also created “Who’s Who in Forsyth,” which features local businesses and residents. This initiative not only provides an opportunity for free advertisement for local partners, but also strives to foster community cohesion. “It has helped me know the community better and know business owners personally,” Liliana shared. “That’s what I want to continue to do this year—increase relationships with business owners in my community.” Above all, Liliana understands that buying or selling a home is usually the biggest financial expense or transaction that most people will make in their lifetime. Her professional mission is therefore guided by the commitment to be the trusted professional that guides each of her clients through the process with ease, knowledge, and passion. Despite her short time working full-time as an agent, Liliana has seen first-hand the power of word of mouth. Known for her world-class service, she has developed an organic trust system that has allowed her business to thrive. “My goal is to consistently help families and not feel like I’m chasing work,” Liliana explained. “When somebody chooses me, I’m all in. I work to be transparent, to be honest, to fight for clients, and help them get what they want out of every transaction.”
