I’m Lisa Jackson, a full-time Realtor proudly serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities since 2003. Originally from Western New York, I moved to Florida to raise my family and quickly fell in love with everything this area has to offer—from the waterfront lifestyle to the strong sense of community.
Before real estate, I worked as a nurse. That experience shaped the way I serve my clients today—with compassion, patience, and a focus on listening. I’ve always been drawn to helping people, and real estate gave me the opportunity to continue that calling while giving families the chance to create new beginnings.
As a Realtor with Century 21 Selling Paradise, I specialize in residential sales, relocation services, first-time homebuyers, and family-focused moves. I’m known for my ability to create a calm, guided experience for clients, even during competitive market conditions. From staging advice and pricing strategy to negotiations and closing day, I’m hands-on every step of the way. My background in patient care translates to being detail-oriented, advocating fiercely for my clients, and making sure they feel supported and confident throughout the process.
