About Mark
Hello, my name is Mark Brackelsberg. I have been a real estate agent for 38 years. The last 12 have been here in Mesquite. Our little town has been steadily growing since Arnold Palmer built the Oasis Golf Course in the late 1990s. We have grown to a community of almost 25,000 as of the 2020 census. We are a friendly, clean town with a wonderful police force that keeps us perinally either #1 or #2 in the least amount of crime in Nevada. Our biggest demographic is retired folks. We enjoy no state income tax and its been years since I've seen snow on the streets and it disappeared before noon. There are many pickleball courts, a great city rec center (not to mention the Sun City Pioneer Center), 3 good sized casinos and numerous other clubs and groups to keep you entertained.
I stared out my real estate career with Colwell Banker in Grand Junction, CO in the mid 80s. I've handled lender foreclosures, was the agent for U.S.West Relocation Services who handled all the executives in U.W. West Telephone (Ma Bell) and the Public Service Co, that were transfering to other cities in Colorado. I have a construction background. Right now I enjoy helping out of state buyers to our wonderful little town of Mesquite. Very few people who come here regret the move. Life circumstances do require people to sell their homes and I'm there to help those folks. My main activites are Senior Softball, bowling and pickleball. I also enjoy a good sermon on Sunday morning.
