Michelle Bigler is the Owner and Managing Broker of Bayside Real Estate Group, bringing more than 30 years of experience in real estate, investment, marketing, and entrepreneurship to every client relationship. Her career begain as a real estate investor, where she learned to recognize potential, create value, and think strategically long before becoming a licensed agent in 2005. The foundation continues to shape her thoughtful, results-driven approach today.
Before founding Bayside Real Estate Group, Michelle built and managed multiple successful ventures, including an advertising agency, retail boutiques, neighorhood devlopment projects, and real estate companies. With a background in psychology and marketing she brings a rare blend of insight into buyer and seller behavior, storytelling, and positioning - giving her clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling property. Every listing is approached with intention, creativity, and a clear strategy designed to stand out in a competitive market.
As Managing Broker, Michelle leads with experience, integrity, and heart. She supervises a boutique team of full-time and referral agents, cultivating a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and five-star service. Her leadership philosophy is simple: relationships come first, quality matters more than speed, and long-term success is built by showing up consistently and doing the right thing - even when no one is watching.
Michelle is deeply involved in development work, particularly new home neighborhoods and thoughtfully planned commuities. She has played a key role in projects such as The Verandas and The Estates at The Verandas, with additional developments underway in Fairhope and Orange Beach. This hands-on experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of real estate from planning and construction to marketing and sales, allowing her to advocate effectively for both buyers and sellers.
Community involvement is central to who Michelle is. She is a long-time member of IMPACT 100, believing strongly in giving back locally and creating measureable change. Michelle is a contributor to the local no-kill animal shelter. She also serves on the board of Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre, where is is a passionate advocate for the arts and arts education. A lifelong supporter of creative expression, Michelle recently stepped onto the stage herself- performing alongside her daugter - and credits the arts with building confidence, connection, and leadership in people of all ages.
Family is the heart of everything Michelle does. She and her husband share a close-knit blended family, and her role as mother - particularly as an advocate for her son with special needs, has deeply shaped her perspective, compassion, and purpose. Through her platform, she is committed to increasing awareness, understanding, and inclusion for the special-needs community, and beyond.
