Thank you for checking out my bio. Born and raised in Los Angeles at 18 i joined the U.S. Army. After 10 years of service to this great nation I decided to get into real estate. I believe this is a trend that reflects statewide. With rising home sales we will get rising home prices. Timing is very important in real estate. For example we just listed a home and sold it in two days that had been on the market twice last year and didn't sale. We listed it at a higher price. Got nearly a full price offer cash!
