About Rob
Rob Vaughan is the broker and owner of Reforming Realty, bringing a strong blend of experience, leadership, and client-focused service to the real estate industry. With seven years of new-home sales experience and a real estate license earned in 2011, Rob quickly rose to the top of his field—becoming the top-producing agent at his brokerage by 2015. His passion for serving clients and developing agents led him to launch his own brokerage in 2017.
Alongside running Reforming Realty, Rob has been coaching and mentoring real estate agents since 2015, helping them grow in both skill and confidence. His coaching style reflects his background in biblical studies, where he regularly teaches classes such as systematic theology and book studies as an active member of his church.
Rob has been married to his wife since 2000, and together they have three children, a daughter-in-law, and a loyal border collie named Auggie—named after St. Augustine—who rarely misses a chance to ride along with him in the truck.
