About Troy
Originally from New Zealand, now living in the Geist/Fishers area, and loving it! I have been lucky enough to coach rugby with both Boys and Girls High School teams. Now helping people with their real estate needs! Why do I do what I do? Picture this.. You can see me opening up a door for a couple. The wife walks in first and you catch a glimpse of a trimmed out foyer. The husband is following along behind, and looks over at the neighbour fixing his lawnmower. They share a quick nod and smile. Then he turns back and see's his wife's face. She is smiling. Not a little smile, but one of those that lights up a room. This is the home they have been wishing for. The husband looks at me and smiles.. THAT feeling! Thats why I do what I do.

Troy is a great guy. He helped our family find our perfect first home. If you don't fall in love with his accent and charm first, you definitely will with his expertise on buying a home! He really cares about what you as the buyer are wanting and will help you find it.

Troy came highly recommended to us and now we know why. Troy is super easy to work with, very concerned about our issues to sell the house and talked us through and helped us navigate some different options we were kicking around. He is a super easy going guy and fun to work / interact with. He was always available for us and communication back and forth was on point and very timely. He went to bat for us on a couple of issues with the other realtor and with his relational style of business was able to help us achieve what we wanted to. He worked hard for us and helped make this process relatively easy. I highly recommend Troy if you're for any real estate needs you have. You can't go wrong!
