My family have been residents of Fort Mill, SC since 1990, and I have been a Realtor since 1999. Both our kids graduated from Fort Mill High and on their own now, our son is in the Military, and our daugher is involved with computer coding. The location is ideal for us, 30 minutes from uptown Charlotte, 2 hours from the mountains, 2 hours from the beach, and a great school district. When not working with my buyer and seller clients you can find me and my wife on the road or mountains bike. We are cyclist and members of the Rock Hill Bike Club, but we also ride with groups in North Carolina. If you are interested in biking we can definitely get you connected.
