Villa Paige offers an electric-heated pool on a freshwater canal with 1,875 square feet. It's a perfect home for families! Living Room/Sitting Room: Upon entering the house, you are greeted with a sitting area to the left, equipped with a desk for those who may have some work they need to catch up on while away from home. The living room is situated off of the kitchen towards the back of the house on the right. It offers plenty of comfortable seating as well as a flat-screen TV. There is even a wet bar available near the sliders to the pool! Dining Room: The dining room is off of the kitchen on the left side of the home and offers seating for six and a view of the pool area through the sliders. Kitchen: The kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steal appliances. Fully equipped, it's perfect for those nights you'd like to have your meals at home. There is a traditional coffee maker available. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master suite is located off of the dining room and features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV with a view of the pool and canal through the private sliders. The attached bathroom offers a double-sink vanity and spacious shower. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: This home is has a split-floor plan, which means your guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house off of the living room. The first room features a queen-sized bed and the second offers two twin-sized beds. They share the second bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combination and also serves as the pool bath. Pool/Lanai/Canal: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! This home offers an electric-heated pool and Western exposure, giving you access to those beautiful Florida sunsets. There is plenty of seating outside with two separate dining areas as well as a sectional lounging area. You can work on your tan using the available sun loungers as well! And while the dock is not currently available for guests, you still get the beautiful water view that is so special to Cape Coral. Take a ride around the neighborhood with the bikes available.
