Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Heat is electric. There is 1 room AC unit in the family room. The house sits on a crawl space with gravel floor. Tenants responsible for electric, water, sewer, lawn maintenance, snow removal and cable/phone/internet. Tenants pay a registration fee of $425 at start of lease and any annual renewals.
