This place is totally revamped and modernized from its original build. The current owner has very good taste! Two bedrooms, one in front and one in back...decent sized. Living room and kitchen are GREAT. Laundry area offers some additional space. The OUTDOOR space is one of the big pluses of this place. The lot is very substantial; there is a shed and additional detached storage and the walkway to the deck is exceptional! Out back there is a sweet spot to sit in a spot of shade thanks to the nice tree...great to have trees...OR put a gas fireplace out there for that cold night. Oceanside Landing features LOTS of amenities such as a heated and cooled swimming pool, first class Clubhouse w/ fitness room, Pickle Ball court, Dog Park and an Outdoor grilling area.
