Upstairs you will find a large bedroom w/a queen bed and 2nd floor deck . A full bath w/shower and a second bedroom w/2 twin beds . The lower walk-out level is a perfect spot for extra ,private sleeping or utilizing as another hang-out spot. A queen size sleep sofa and a twin daybed give renters options. A full bath w/shower can be found here. The backyard deck overlooks the private back yard .A screened porch is a perfect dining area for al fresco dining . A private parking pass to the Hill Association ocean Beach is provided . After a day at the beach , enjoy the outside shower and comfort of the AC in the cottage. Free WIFI . Beds have pillows, blankets and spreads only, linens and towels are not provided . A 5 minute walk to the private beach and a 15 min drive to Watch Hill or Narragansett and less than 30 min to Newport.
