Becky Schiebout

Growing up on a dairy farm, in Lynden, Washington, Becky understands the value of a hard day's work and real estate is no different. Her passion for real estate started in 1996 when she purchased my first home at the age of 21. Since then, she has bought and sold many properties so she understands the unique needs of both the buyer and seller. Her vast experience includes owning and managing rental properties, flipping homes, building custom homes and working in new construction for Idaho's largest builder, CBH Homes, for 2 years. Through her ten years of real estate experience, she has had the pleasure of helping people during some of their biggest life changes. From calling the first time home buyer and sharing the big news that they are finally home owners, to taking the difficult call that someone has passed away and it’s time to sell the house. Becky's favorite part of real estate is being there for all of the hugs, cheers, handholding, and tears. Her real estate career is a combination of her love for helping people and her love for homes. In 2019, Derek, her husband joined and they are now a husband and wife team! They love living in Boise/Treasure Valley and have both experienced moving to a new state and starting over. Becky, a transplant from NW Washington and Derek, a transplant from San Diego, California, together they understand what draws people to this very special place they call home!
