Hi! My name is Ben Waldrop, I look forward to getting to know you. I developed a strong work ethic back when I joined the Army right out of High School. I retired after 20 years of service. Now I’ve been serving people, friends and family as a real estate professional for the last 10 years.
I understand the stress and complexity of moving, renting, selling and purchasing homes. During military service, I served in several locations in the United States. I’ve rented, owned and sold several homes. I financed with conventional, FHA and VA approved loans. I bought my first investment property in 1997. I bring that knowledge and experience to every real estate transactions. I believe it takes more than a smile and a sign out front to sell a home. It takes motivation, dedication, personal networking as well as social media, knowledge of online marketing and much more. My Clients like the fact that I move quickly on their behalf and lookout for their interest. I am pleased to provide them with much deserved patience, concern, information and guidance.
