Hello! My name is Candace Neff and I am a local Realtor in Central Ohio and surrounding areas. Ever since I was little I knew that I had one goal in life and that was to help people. At a young age you don't know exactly how you are going to accomplish that but you know that if you're helping people in any way then you'll feel like you have accomplished your goal. I moved to Columbus from a small town in Ohio to ensure I gave myself every opportunity possible to find a way to have a career that would achieve my goal of helping people. I have always loved houses and found a fascinination with the real estate industry when I moved to Columbus. I started out as a loan officer and then decided I wanted to be more face-to-face with my customers so that is when I transitioned to become a Realtor. It is quite a feeling to know you have landed in a career that you are truly passionate about and can't imagine doing anything else! As a top producer, I have aligned myself with industry experts that help my clients through the transaction whether that be home inspectors, lenders, title companies, cleaners, stagers, movers, etc. If you need someone, I have some of the best people in the industry ready to jump in and help you with whatever it is you need. I pride myself in the fact that I have been able to build lasting relationships with my past and current clients and work off of a lot of referrals from past happy clients! I always tell people that I can tell you all day that I will be the best agent for you but I'd rather let my past client reviews do that for me so you can get real life experiences and opinions from people who have worked with me.
