I can serch and set up searches in our MLS system to get you the latest listing that meets your desires as soon as it comes on the market. I was one of the first agents to utilize electronic signatures on forms and documents when it was new to our industry. I utilize the best IPhone for life in real estate to excel in communication and photography(yes I also have a Nikon DLSR camera to use if need be.
Well thats all well and good as far as the mechanics of our craft goes. I am also an expert negotiator. I served as a Mediator at our local association of REALTORS for several years. This experience helped prepare me to negotiate a win win solution to your sale/purchase.
