I found Irina by chance and what a find! Every step of the way, she was right there via text, phone and in person to answer my questions and calm my fears as a first-time home buyer. Irina knows the real estate market amazingly well, and sold our home for more than expected. I thought it would never sell at the high price she first listed it on the market, even after I did some of my own homework and comparisons, and the buyer was found in less than a week. I have no doubt that she could also deal the best prices for any of her clients who are buyers, because she is so good with people and incredibly nice regarding challenging requests and needs. She also provided us with the best online software easiest for signing all the sales and escrow paperwork as needed, to save everyone a lot of meeting time, go paperless, and so user computer compatible friendly.
