I am a full time, experienced REALTOR who has seen many markets since I started in 1988. Markets change! I've see buyer's markets as well as seller's markets. I've seen interest rates as high as 18%. I know my job is not just helping buyers find houses or listing a seller's home. I know matching buyers and sellers is important and what's even more important is getting buyers and sellers to a successful closing. While many things change, other things remain consistent. I realize that each buyer or seller is unique and has specific needs. I make a point to listen respectfully to each person so I understand those needs and desires. Every move is important and I will treat each person with equal respect. I understand that for most people their home is not only the place they love and live but also their biggest investment. I take my role seriously! A real estate transaction is more than just finding a house or finding a buyer. The time between the offer and the closing is critical. Things can get complicated and experience matters.
