He started out answering phones, filing paperwork, and taking care of duties around the office each weekend. He then began a seven-year run in residential new construction in Columbus, OH with nationally known homebuilder M/I Homes

Joseph is a master of marketing and has extensive, deep knowledge of the Columbus market particularly Italian Village and Victorian Village. He leaves no stone unturned in his marketing efforts. We used Joseph to sell our condo in Italian Village and to buy our new home in Berwick. We were 100% satisfied. Joe Speakman was aggressive and hard-working for my family. We couldn't have found a better fit for what we needed. we had a tall order with asking him to write an offer on a new home contingent on the sale of the home we were in. In a week we got more than ask for the home we were in on moved forward with our forever home. We had some back and fourth with major repairs needed from inspections on the new home and the home we were in and every step of the way Joe fought hard for us and guided us through the process. Joe answered questions at all hours of the day and never hesitated to jump on a call. He also hooked us up with our lender after some back and fourth with banks. Joe has endless expert resources and after working with him I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Joe is a hustler - and I mean that in a good way. He works hard for his clients. He understands the local market and was good at helping us find a home in a challenging market that matched our desires. He's always helpful and provided excellent recommendations for other professionals to help us with our transaction. He has continued to provide us assistance after our purchase was completed.
