"I’m beside myself, reflecting on how wonderful this experience has been for my family and I. We couldn’t have picked a better group to partner up with in search of our Texas home! "Julia Telligman was our guiding force through out our home search process. We got a new construction house during the pandemic and could not travel to see the progress. Julia would always visit the site and would provide us with video and picture updates. We felt like Julia was watch and talking to the builders like it was her own home. We put all our trust to Julia and our house turned out to be the way we wanted. She also took the extra steps to pick us from the airport, showed us around Texas as we were new to the area, took us for lunch before heading for the builder's meet. She was there with us for all the major milestones - pre const. meeting, pre wall meeting, first walk thru, inspection and closing. I would highly recommend Julia to anybody looking for a new home and I can guarantee you that you are in safe hands. They also have a wonderful team that can help you with getting you setup with your utilities, insurance, internet with the best rates especially when you are new to the area. "
