In my many years in the business I have sold and worked with a lot of consumers from first time home buyers, second homeowners (moving up) downsizing, 55 plus to assisted living, luxury, beachfront, waterfront, vacation homes, second homes, new construction and REO (Real Estate Owned by banks, foreclosures).
