About Latosha

I'm Latosha Minniefield and I have been in real estate on and off since 2004. I am a native of Louisiana; however, I moved to Dallas upon completing my undergraduate degree in 2002. I am a mother to a son named Hayden and we have two dogs named, Panther and Max. For the last 20 years, I have worked in education in the area of special education. Currently, I work as an Educational Diagnostician. Since moving to Texas, I have lived, worked, and played in various areas of North Dallas and surrounding areas. When I first embarked on my Real Estate career, I served as my Buyer's Agent in the purchase of my first home in 2005. I continue to stay abreast of changes and trends taking place in the real estate and the lending markets. Recently, my passion and desire to help family, friends, and strangers become homeowners prompted me to dust off my Realtor hat and get back into the business of being a Realtor. Advocating and educating people are qualities I pride myself for embodying. I enjoying helping my clients gain useful knowledge during the new or pre-owned home buying and/or selling process.
