"Matt Campbell is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with and I have worked with many realtors. I started looking at the Florida market about 12 months in advance of our plan to move so I could get acquainted with the market and locations. Matt was very patient with me and diligent in just checking in to see if I had any questions, thoughts, etc. What I liked most was the portal he setup for us in their MLS system. Matt created custom searches that reduced homes that would not be of interest.<br><br>Once we were ready to make the purchase, that is when Matt truly demonstrated his value. Much like the other post on here, Matt knew how to make our offer as appealing as an all cash offer.
