"I worked with Ron as a buyer and he helped me find the perfect home. I met Ron a few months prior to working with him as a buyer while casually checking out an open house he was running. He seemed friendly at the time, which was nice. More importantly was that I told him I wasn't seriously looking yet and told him when I was looking to move.
