What makes me the guy to be trusted with all of your Real Estate Needs and Desires? I joined the family owned business in 2002 and in August of 2019 I obtained my Broker Associate License to further my real estate career even further. I strive to make every transaction as transparent and stress free as possible for my clients. I know our local market and I have a solid network whether that be needing help with lending, inspections, contractors, builders, building movers, cleaning services, legal counsel, and much more. I offer virtual meetings and showings, even as far as electronically signing on any document needed for buying or selling. I have been and am currently a part of many groups and boards that include but are not limited to: NWI Board of Realtors, Storm Lake and Cherokee MLS, IAR, and NAR. I pride myself in being that Realtor that can coach you and keep you feeling confident in your decisions from the very beginning stages of buying and selling all of the way through closing. I thoroughly enjoy helping every stage of buyer and seller and strive to provide more insight and coaching than any of my competitors while at the same time maintaining outstanding relationships with my competitors and other professionals in the business to ensure I have a network of people that provide the best results possible to my clients!
