Barbara Keim is originally from Buffalo, New York. She moved down to South Florida in 1981 to attend the University of South Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science. She has been married to her husband Jeff Keim for 32 years and has 2 daughters ages 30 and 28. One is a doctor and the other works in real estate and has 2 babies under the age of 4. Barbara has worked in sales in printing, advertising, water conditioning and real estate for the past 38 years collectively. She is a strong communicator and specializes in quality customer service. Barbara has been in leadership in the Women’s Council of Realtors as a Local Chapter President in 2015, District Vice President in 2017.

Dr. Shari Turner McKee, prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Professional (Broker), worked for John Deere for over 27 years, mostly in information technology. She was a CATALYST in Marketing Metrics and held significant roles in quality and acceptance criteria for Dealer Business Systems. Her attention to detail plays an important position when striving to find the perfect home in the perfect location. Dr. Shari has a heartfelt desire for helping people; her philosophy is to bless others so they can be a blessing.
