About Trace

I bought my first house on a $25,000 graduate student salary, from 1600 miles away, in a city I'd never been to, and that was by far the hardest transaction I've ever dealt with. I understand that buying or selling a home is stressful, but I've seen and been in some complex and confusing situations when helping clients to get to the closing table. I've worked with private money lenders, gotten creative with downpayments for first time buyers, helped investors purchase historic homes, helped clients buy their next house while selling their current home simultaneously, I've been there. There are a lot of moving parts with real estate transactions, let me help you navigate the process. Having worked both in construction and in real estate, I've learned that keeping track of and organizing everything to make sure the job is done on time is tough. More than anything, buying or selling a home can devour your time and create a mountain of stress. This is where I come in. I've streamlined the process (and continue to do so as I learn more) and hiked stress mountain dozens of times so I know and can help you avoid the pitfalls and choose the quickest and easiest paths.
