Ever since she can remember her heart has always been tied to real estate in some way. When in collage she worked for the Iowa Department of Transportation as an intern in the Right of Way department. Soaking up all the knowledge she could about right of way design appraisal acquisition relocation property management and title and closings. After college she continued with the DOT purchasing property for highway projects throughout Iowa. She was then recruited by a start up telecommunication company to help build out their cellular network. Her experience with real estate was a natural fit for negotiating cell site leases. She found the industry fascinating with the technology's rapid changes. (remember 2G 3G ..now 5G) She saw opportunity and growth in the field of Radio Frequency Engineering . She spent several years taking on the role of network optimization engineer RF design engineer and network upgrade project management for a major telecommunication company. As the industry changed outsourcing became more common place. This was the perfect time for her to get back to her roots. Real Estate.
