About Travous
New Smyrna Beach born and raised, Travous Dever was seemingly born for Real Estate. Growing up watching his father, a Keyes top producing agent, manage and grow our local NSB office he learned the ropes early. Since those formative early days, in late 2016, Travous took the reins and picked up where Tom Dever left off and now our New Smyrna office has grown into the 2nd largest local office, producing 140 million dollars in sales with 65 agents by the end of 2018. Travous has also introduced and cultivated one of our area’s largest Property Management divisions. In addition to his success in the office, Travous has always had a heart for serving his community. After serving on the NSB Board of Realtors as President, he went on to Chair the City of New Smyrna Beach’s Planning and Zoning Board and was appointed Chairperson on the NSB Board of Real Estate’s MLS Committee all while raising a family of his own. Travous currently spearheads many successful campaigns to benefit our growing commercial and residential real estate markets.
